What it helps you do
Manipulate approved workshop props and eligible loose objects. This is not arbitrary building-block editing, chest theft or a replacement for Linea gloves. Upgrade directions are greater reach or steadier handling. With Mutavelle it provides the knowledge needed to bind Linea.
Cooldowns, limits and refusal
The base cooldown is 8 seconds. Prepared-silk cores add 2 blocks of manipulation reach without expanding eligible object types. No exact universal manipulation range is specified. A protected or unsupported object remains ineligible even if the range is sufficient.
Study and upgrade materials
Wingardium Leviosa’s exact study tier and material remain unspecified. Crafting a piston and knowing Accio meet discovery and predecessor requirements, not a confirmed piston-consumption recipe for learning. Upgrade material family: binding.
