What it helps you do
The base removes one eligible Malfoid debuff. Upgrade directions are a cleanse focus or interrupting an eligible magical channel. It is not a universal eraser for vanilla and other effects. Learned Finite is also a predecessor for Maledrix.
Cooldowns, limits and refusal
The base cooldown is 18 seconds. Exact effect whitelist and interrupt windows still need completion. If an effect is ineligible, do not assume repeated casts will strip it. Cleansing a tainted fragment has its own cauldron process and needs no Maledrix knowledge.
Study and upgrade materials
Finite’s exact study tier and material remain unspecified. Drinking milk while affected and knowing Protego open the learning route; the discovery drink is not an automatically assigned study ingredient. Upgrade material family: binding.
