Duels and consensual PvP
Planned feature
Practise with a willing opponent without losing items or using death protection.
An accepted challenge
The planned /duel flow requires a challenge and acceptance, with both players alive and eligible. The duel is nonlethal and has no paid stakes, XP loss, item loss or death-protection consumption. It should cancel safely on disconnect and protect participants from outside interference and unsafe travel. The command is planned, not installed.
Consent outside a duel too
Ordinary PvP outside duels requires explicit opt-in from both sides. Claim and travel restrictions still apply. Transformation or logout does not clear combat flags or consent state. A knockback spell is not permission to push an unwilling player around.
No endless stun or invulnerability chain
Crowd-control recovery and cooldowns follow the player across spell/wand changes, so switching spells is not a way to immobilize someone indefinitely. Mob and PvP effects need separate eligibility tables. Exact control-duration limits remain unspecified.
Protego handles only eligible directional/projectile cases. Aegivara and the Ward Amulet do not multiply; the strongest applies. Combined custom damage reduction caps at 40% per hit after armor, with relevant full vanilla Fire Resistance taking precedence. Neither healing nor offense should form an endless invulnerability chain.
