Cooldowns, limits and refusal
The base cooldown is 5 seconds. It does not create unlimited free fluid-source blocks or bypass a plant’s other conditions. Radius and detailed eligible watering amounts are not specified. All affected gardens and cauldrons require permission; the bound vessel separately consumes stored water.
Study and upgrade materials
Learn Aguamenti with one water bottle at the Spell Bench. Filling a water bucket discovers the spell; the bucket is not its study input, and no learned predecessor is required.
